Database File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
Use the FTP site to exchange and retrieve updated databases or other needed files/data with the CroPMan support group.
***In order to use the FTP site you will need to contact Evelyn Steglich or Larry Francis and obtain a username and password.
SEND files to the CroPMan/WinEPIC support group
You will be directed to an FTP folder. Click on the USERS folder. Then click on the folder that matches your Username (ie user 1, user 2, or user3). You will only be able to access the folder in which you have a username and password for. Copy the file(s) needing to be updated into this folder. You can do this by opening Windows Explorer, copy the files of interest and then paste the files into the incoming FTP folder. Once you have copied the file(s) into this folder, please notify Evelyn Steglich, or Larry Francis that you have placed a file into the incoming FTP directory.
When the database has been updated or the proper files are available, you will be notified.
RETRIEVE updated files from the CroPMan support group
You will be directed to the a FTP folder. Click on the USERS folder. Then click on the folder that matches your Username (ie user 1, user 2, or user3). You will only be able to access the folder in which you have a username and password for. Copy the file of interest and paste it to the desired location on your computer.
